How do I apply for financial aid?

Do you provide housing?

A limited number of furnished rooms for single men are provided in Rutherford Hall.  A number of apartments are available on campus for married students.  Contact the Admissions Office for more details at 412-731-6000 or apply@rpts.edu.

Is RPTS accredited?

We are accredited by the Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada, and the following degrees are approved:  MDiv, MTS, DMin. Contact information and our Statement of Educational Effectiveness are located under our Academics tab.

Can I schedule a counseling appointment at the BCI?

Yes!  The Biblical Counseling Institute serves as a resource for those in the body of Christ in need of experienced counsel to address personal problems.  To schedule an appointment with one of our counselors, please contact our office at 412-731-3000 or bci@rpts.edu.

Enrollment and Degree Verifications

RPTS has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Transcript Requests

RPTS has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to process secure online orders for official transcripts using any major credit card. The cost is $7 each, plus a processing fee.

The Clearinghouse website includes instructions on placing your order, including delivery options and fees. Although you can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session, a processing fee will be charged per recipient. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Email updates and online order tracking are available. Use the Status Tool to track your order.

Please note that all outstanding balances due to RPTS must be paid before transcripts will be released.
